Keysa is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Coach from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She specializes in helping women (and men) gain control over their food cravings by going beyond nutrition and helping them develop a healthy relationship with food. 

She emphasizes the importance of setting realistic goals and breaking them down into manageable steps. She uses the example of weight loss, suggesting that instead of setting a goal to lose a large amount of weight all at once, it's more effective to focus on losing smaller amounts consistently.

Keysa also hosts the "Lose Your Cravings" podcast, where she takes a different approach to reducing cravings. The podcast covers various topics related to cravings and emotional eating.

Through her two years of teaching yoga, Keysa has helped women develop a mind-body connection to help them manage their emotional eating.
