For over five years, Keysa has been helping ambitious women manage their emotional eating without deprivation or complicated meal plans so that they can show up fully in their life and career. She takes the focus off of what you are eating and onto how you are thinking about food to help women create a healthy relationship with food and maintain a healthy weight for good. Through her two years of teaching yoga, Keysa has helped women develop a mind-body connection to help them manage their emotional eating. In her free time, you can find Keysa hiking, surfing, or practicing yoga.
